This Terms of Service ("ToS") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Picsomat ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing and using our mobile application ("Picsomat") or our website (www.picsomat.com), you agree to be bound by this ToS. If you do not agree to this ToS, please do not use our services.

• Picsomat PRO subscription length: weekly
• Your payment will be charged to your iTunes Account as soon as you confirm your purchase.
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal from your Account Settings after the purchase.
• Your subscription will renew automatically, unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• The cost of renewal will be charged to your account in the 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• When canceling a subscription, your subscription will stay active until the end of the period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the current subscription will not be refunded. </aside>

1. Service Description

Picsomat is a mobile application that allows users to upload photographs and receive AI-generated photographs.

2. User Obligations

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload to the Picsomat application. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to all of the content you upload, and that such content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights.

3. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to our data practices as set out in our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

Picsomat and its original content, features, functionality, and design elements are and will remain the exclusive property of Picsomat. Our service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payment for Picsomat services is processed at the point of purchase. All transactions are final, and refunds are provided at our sole discretion. In cases of technical issues or platform malfunctions, we may provide refunds, though this is not guaranteed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Picsomat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, good-will, or other intangible losses.

7. Modifications to the Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify this ToS at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice.
